You Need a Personal Retreat !

There is an Islamic proverb that says: hens don't lay eggs in the market place! So simple yet significant! The eggs may be for the market but they are laid in private.

 You might have fresh plans for 2019, and it will be good to note that the secret place is the place of birthing. Today's blog is just to encourage you to embark on a personal retreat of at least three days. Those who WAIT on the Lord shall have their strength renewed and they shall mount upon wings like eagles and soar. We need contemplative creativity in God's presence for fruitfulness.

 Jesus retreated all through His ministry! Immediately after His birth, he left for Egypt later on He went to the wilderness.

 I'll walk you through a proposed personal retreat plan complied by my discipler; Dupe Sarah.

 PROPOSED DAILY SCHEDULE AND ACTIVITIES FOR YOUR END OF THE YEAR RETREAT
 1. Give thanks
 2. Pray in the Spirit and in your Understanding
 3. Worship and Praise
 4. Read your Bible
 5. Read Christian Literatures:

 Etc...
 6. Be still (Keep Quiet and Listen to God)
 7. Bring your goals before God and listen to Him speak to you.
 8. Protect your atmosphere (Play worship songs or messages and avoid offense)
 9. Avoid distractions (Keep your sim card sway, freeze your social media applications)
10. Rest and Sleep (God speaks through dreams)
 11. Keep your writing materials close by.
